Awesome hotel, super clean and excellent condition overall. Stairs are steep but it's actually very cool and exciting. Staff was very friendly and 24/7. Location is also very good, lots of places nearby and a short walk from everything. .

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, 5 mins from the night clubs. The room was so clean and the beds were really comfy. Loved the little details of all the music themed decorations and even had flowered in our room. Hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Simon and Damiet. Will definitely come back next time in Amsterdam.

3 of us stayed for 3 nights in a room with a private bathroom and we had no issues. Hairdryers and plug adapters were available on request from the bar. Rooms were spacious and bright. Staff were very friendly. Hotel less then five minute walk from a main area of restaurants, bars and shops. Bus to airport only 5 minute...

Nice place, check in open 24/7 and kind staff, but beware stairs! Two of us arrived late at night and were given the wrong room (shared bathroom). When noticed, the staff solved the problem immediately and offered free breakfast for us for the rest of our permanence. Breakfast is fine but not included in the price of the room (we...

10 guys stayed in two rooms of 5, so close to the nightlife you won't need to get trams and taxis. The stairs are very steep so be ready for that. Very good price for what you get. The bar is also very cool, just like the rooms, the rock theme runs through the whole building.

I stayed here with my boyfriend at the end of January and thought the hotel was fab, its in a great location near loads of cool places to eat and drink and only a short walk away from the Red light district. the rooms are really quirky and fab for couples or friends. Shared bathroom was always spotlessly clean as...

We were on the top floor, so had 4 flights of very steep stairs to climb. Rooms were a bit small and very basic but I found it quieter than expected which meant a decent nights sleep. Staff were friendly and very welcoming

This place might be basic, the stairs are a killer, there might only be one pillow on the bed but I enjoyed my stay so much. The guys on reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The location is excellent and the price really good. I will be back.

Staying in Jordaan

Neighbourhood Profile
One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll through this especially convivial warren of narrow streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and quality galleries. Historically a haven for the working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is better known as an enclave for artists and designers. As popular as the Jordaan is as a destination for locals and out-of-towners alike, the area never feels particularly touristy or overrun with outsiders. A highlight even for long-time Jordaan residents, be sure to accept any invitation to step within one of the area’s beloved courtyards or to have a sneak peek inside one of its many working studios.
