Location of this boat is excellent. It is in the centre of the city, just next to the Science Museum, and very close to the Central Station.

Not enough and what is there is extremely basic. I think there were two toilets (one male and female) and two showers on the floor I stayed on. No soap in the showers and the towels supplied weren't changed in the three nights I stayed there. My advice would be to get a budget hotel, the Vita Nova is an expensive hostel.
