We had a lot of good surprises when we arrived at the Olympic hotel. First of all everything was sparkly clean, then every staff member was friendly and the spa was free and privatized🥰 thank you so much

We came to this Hotel with the friends because the points were very high! dont let this influence you because get ready to sleep with your coat on! The A/C is giving only cold air and you can make it max 26 C degrees. (which is 78 F) But the problem is even if you make it 26 C it gives cold air like 18 C. Anyway they offered to change the room but what they gave was the same. I guess the management is not paying to the staff because the staff behave you like you are garbage. Go and stay in the park it would be warmer and nobody humiliate you there.

I visited Olympic Hotel to celebrate for my bday weekend celebration. Unfortunately because of Covid my friend cancelled me. So i went alone. Its a beautuful hotel. I checked in and sat at the bar while they prepared ny bday decoration in the room. While sitting at the bar i came in contact with friendly bar tender by the name of Shaun Kaba. I told him about my stay and he made me feel at ease right away. Made me a wonderful mojito drink and being that i felt alone he invited me to eat at the bar and recommended the all you can eat menu. Being that he was so friendly i didnt feel like i was celebrating my birthday alone. The food was delicious!! The service was quick and good. My room was tidy with a nice view looking at the Olympic Stadion and was well decorated and got a box of chocolates free Breakfast was a lot of choices and very good. I recommend this hotel to everyone. And please choose the all you can eat Menu while dining in the restaurant.

A great hotel! I spent with 2 of my friends 4 nights in this hotel (we were gonna go in spring 2020, but because of covud-19 it got cancelled and we got now to go on our trip). The hotel was near the tram, busses and metro. We used the tram a lot when going into the center of Amsterdam. The tram stopped at all important places, so very convenient. We also took the metro when going one night to an IMAX movienight to the Pathé arena. There was one food shop open pretty late and we went there once to buy snacks, but they only accepted Maestro or cash, not Visa or MasterCard (we did not know about this, but we had cash so was able to pay in the surprised situation). The hotel room was awesome! It was clean and the view was amazing (view over the water, so worth it). We had e room with 3 beds. The breakfast was good, they had everything you could think it of: fruit, bread, glutenfree bread, cereals, chocolate milk, juices, boiled eggs, scrambeled eggs, vegetables, croissants, pastries and so on. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel. It looked nice even if we didn't have the chance to try it. There was a sushi chef and a bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. One morning we didn't get our order of glutenfree bread because they were too busy (they forgot), but nothing else to complain about. :) Would come here again! :)

All over a good experience, friendly staff, efficient. Asked for a room on the highest floor and got #1322 which is right opposite the elevator, i try to exchange for another room. But then I'll loose the amazing view. The bronze level rooms are simple easy to maintain and house keep. To bad the TV wasn't smart to stream own content. Asked for additional towels and got them without any further problems. The backside panorama of buildings gave stunning views to airport, Amsterdam west and even a bit of coast line. Bed slept good, fridge present, ironing board... For my personal taste the prices is slightly too high for such a tourist class fast turn-over concepted Hotel. So make sure to score a deal online. Metro @ Tram closeby. Might thinking of coming back again to discover the silver/gold rooms.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor room, canal views not necessarily priority... The back view is spectacular...
