Great location, hip with a nice vibe, friendly staff and great outdoors and indoors lounge, bar and eating areas make this an excellent choice when considering a hotel in Amsterdam!!! If you are lucky enough to book a canal view room it's worth the extra money, though some of the garden facing rooms are superb as well. If you have...

The hotel is in a "little" quieter section of Amsterdam but close walk to everything. Considering how busy the city is, the Pulitzer is in a perfect location. The staff is very professional. The rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. My rate came with breakfast every morning. It was very good. Great bar. The canal tour on the hotel's...

I was a repeat customer until the hotel poorly handled an error they made in giving the specific balcony room I requested to someone else. They then offered me either a room that was €150 more or an overpriced room with a tiny attic window, all standard pricing. Great hotel but hardly five star customer service when things go wrong....

My wife and I stayed a night here wrapping up our vacation of The Netherlands and Belgium. While the staff were welcoming, they were slow. It took forever to have our room ready. It was certainly very comfortable, was in an excellent location, and the little food we ate there was good. My wife believes their shower was the best...

The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and super charming. The service is fine but not great for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is made of several townhouses that were merged into this quaint yet fancy hotel. Some rooms are located in between floors which means you may have to go up and down some stairs to reach yours. Considering...

What a fabulous spot! The hotel is perfectly located in between two canals. You feel as if you are in your own little oasis. The staff is friendly, efficient and attentive. They are available 24 hours. The cafe for breakfast is lovely. Ann our waitress, could not been nicer with a friendly smile and good morning every day. The bar and...

There is not a single negative word to be said about this wonderful hotel and its staff. From entering on our first day to leaving all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It is in a perfect location to explore Amsterdam, central but quiet. We loved the way that the houses had been joined together leaving lots of character,...

What a fabulous hotel!! From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel like the most important guests they had ever had. Every member of staff from reception staff to restaurant staff and porters were helpfulness personified. The interior is spectacular, so quirky and individual, and our room was beautiful. It was situated on the 2nd...

I definitely recommend the Pulitzer hotel. The service was amazing. The concierge was willing to do anything you asked them. They have tickets for most museums on hand and can get a reservation at any restaurant the day of. The breakfast at the hotel is really great! Not only are the regular hotel amenities awesome but the location of the...
