The location of this hotel is very good, walking distance to train station, restaurants and places to visit. The rooms are clean and are a good size, best hotel bed I've slept in! Only stayed here 2 nights, wished I'd booked 7! Loads to do, didn't have enough time to do it all, have to come back.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and the location was good. It is close to the central train station and many of the attractions the city has to offer. The room we were assigned (403) was very tiny with no nightstands by the bed and no other furniture except for one small chair, which we moved by the bed to...

Unfortunately there was work going on in their new restaurant next door which we only found out about when we arrived and not when we booked 4 weeks previous.very nice Italian restaurant just a few doors away from hotel turning...

Hotel offered complimentary upgrade from deluxe room to junior suite which of course was most comfortable and spacious. Nice quiet view overlooking the backyards of a church and houses. Great location close to the train station but not in an area with large amounts of tourists or tourist hotels.

We absolutely loved the neighbourhood of this hotel - great shops, bakeries, bars. We really enjoyed how close it was to the action but not in the middle of tourists. Minutes from the train station and city center. Fab!

This was an Expedia booking. It was a pleasant surprise. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 8). The room was essentially a studio apartment complete with kitchen. The hotel is secured with a 24 desk attendant. The staff is friendly and speak English well. The hotel does not have a restaurant at this time, but they were...

The service was friendly. Ordered some champagne on the way to the hotel and they delivered it into the room and put a nice happy birth day message too. The room was cozy and modern - clean too. We did not have breakfast here. Location is not bad either, it has a lot of stores and food places near by,...

This hotel was really well placed. It was approx 5 minute walk from the train station, and about 15-20 to the red light district. We were able to find our way back to this hotel fairly easily after a few drinks. The street it is on has a good selection of coffee shops, cafe's and restaurants. We stayed for 3...

Booked this hotel on a recommendation for a group of friends staying for a long weekend. Location was perfect in a great area of the city, plenty of choice for eating, drinking and a varied selection of shops for the female members of the group. Only 10 mins walk from the train station and the same to Dam square. Rooms...

Spent 2 nights here recently with husband and 2 teenage children. Booked the family room which was spacious and good value. The hotel location was perfect. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and about 10-15 minutes walk to Dam Square. The reception staff were great, allowed us to check into our room at 10.30 as it was...
