We just returned from a 3 night stay here. The staff on reception was very pleasant' and welcoming. We was given some great tips and advise on good restaurants' and how to get to see the sights of Amsterdam'. We had two rooms one on the 3 floor and another on the 5th floor. The room we had was very...

Visited the city for 24 hours, arrived at the hotel before the time stated to check in as was planing to dump our bags, but the hotel was great as the said our room was ready so we could check in. All staff were so friendly and welcoming, it is in a great location in the city especially if you...

Hotel room we had was on the 5th. Floor with a balcony. Excellent quality room and fantastic view of the city and the canal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom had toiletries and a shower/bath. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly.. Our pillows were too big so they changed them immediately. They could not do enough. Breakfast...

I've got to say that TripAdvisor is a perfect platform for someone like me to rave about a great experience that I've had at a hotel so that others can make the best choice when choosing a hotel. My wife and I stayed at this hotel 11 years ago for our 15th wedding anniversary and we stayed in a great...

I stayed here this week with a few of my friends and we couldn't fault the hotel at all. It was in a perfect location, right outside the tram stop going to dam square, or towards central station. Walking distance to vondalpark. It has places to eat nearby too. The receptionists were always polite and greeted you with a smile....

A delightful hotel, very centrally situated, close to museums, right at a tram stop and within walking distance of plenty of this beautiful city's attractions. The room was most comfortable with a wonderful bathroom and excellent view over the Prinsegracht (canal). The breakfast was bountiful and I strongly recommend lunch and / or dinner in the adjacent restaurant, which was...

Very good location. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. . The hotel is close to the Rijksmuseum and other museums as well as main shopping areas. I would stay at this hotel again although it was quite noisy on first night of three.

Amazing location, right opposite a tram stop with good links all over Amsterdam. Room was lovely with an incredible view of the canal and the city (we were on the 5th floor). Amazing breakfast every morning and the staff (especially Alexis!) were fantastic at providing vegan options including soya milk and dairy free yoghurt. We would recommend this to anyone...

This hotel is on a very busy corner (our room overlooking the Prinsengracht and the bustling Leidsestraat, people, shops, trams), but double pane glass made it quiet. The Hotel is cozy but has an elevator and everything is just spacious enough. Reception friendly and helpful (for instance, printing out tickets) and breakfast excellent.

Four star hotel. Clean and neat with good appearance and very modern foyer. Attached restaurant. Good location on one of the four main central canals, but on a junction which is busy with restaurants and other shops and businesses. Hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful. Kept bags for us on last day until it was time to go....
