We absolutely loved the Banks Mansion! We had a view of two canals in a very comfortable room. It was quite charming with nice little touches and surprises. The staff was excellent and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was just fantastic: A lovely buffet as well as made to order eggs, crepes, waffles, french toast. There are...

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located, but the best part of this hotel is the wonderful staff. They are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and do everything to make your stay memorable. I can't say if it would be suitable for a family with children, but it's perfect for a couple.

Rooms were clean, good mattresses and pillows. Breakfast was great and snacks in the lobby are also nice. Staff was very polite and helpful. I have absolutely no complains about our stay and if we go to Amsterdam again we will definitely stay in Banks Mansion again

The first thing you should know about the Banks Mansion is that their concept is "all-inclusive"--everything from the daily wine and cheese to the fully stocked mini-bar is included in your stay, which is amazing. It feels like being at a resort. Anything you could want, at pretty much any time of the day or night, is available for you!...

Friendly staff, made-to-order included breakfast, very comfortable bed, wine and beer included, and good location. The room was spacious and overlooked the canal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again if we go back to Amsterdam.

We stayed at Banks Mansion following a cruise for one night. Our only regret was that is wasn't longer. Check in was wonderful. The staff is so warm and welcoming. There is a quaint lounge to the right with refreshments/drinks which is lovely. The central location was so convenient. The room was perfect. If we return, we'll definitely stay here...

Banks Mansion is a hotel which proves that great service and comfortable rooms don't need to be astronomically expensive. My husband and I stayed here for a week, and it's still the hotel we wish we could find in other cities we visit. Our room, despite overlooking the street, was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom modern, with a...

The hotel was perfect for a long weekend for us. It is close enough to the center and the museums to be an easy walk, but juts far enough to also be an easy walk to find a quiet area. All the staff we met over the weekend were superb and could not do enough for us. Also the afternoon...

If you are looking for a cosy feeling, then this is your hotel. All of the staff are nice, helpful and courteous. You really feel like you’re being taking care of. We had a standard deluxe room with canal-view. A decent size and even though it was on the first floor, it wasn’t too noisy from outside. The all-inclusive bar...
