The staff were good, unobtrusive and answered any question we had. The location is so amazingly central to Amsterdam.

There was electricity issue and we had no power at the room.
Also, they wasn't refund us the Money for the night that we didn't enjoy from the room facilities.
I will never back that place + recommend not to made my mistake

While the room was clean, the furnishing nice and the location good - the bed was smelly, the A/C didnt work leaving the room stuffy. And forget opening the windows with the noise of foot traffic and smoking through the entire night.
