We had 2 comfortable Nights in a small quiet room. Bathroom was okay, more or less :) the Hotel is very Central. If You give them your breakfast receive from the bar or Restaurant in Amsterdam, youll get 5€ per Person back :) Nice deal! Stuff was friendly

Just returned back from a two night stay at the imperial Hotel Amsterdam and we were pleasantly surprised. The check in was simple and informative. We were directed to our very spacious and nicely decorated room to find a four poster bed, sofa's and lots of storage space. The bathroom and the room was cleaned to a high standard and...

Our stay at the Hotel Imperial was very harmful because they had just painted all the furniture: doors, cabinets, tables, etc. with wood paint, ie with solvents. On entering we noticed the horrible smell of paint and let the manager know. He replied that all the rooms were in the same condition and I could not change rooms. Mine was...

Great location but room was average. Fit for purpose if you are intending to spend most of the time exploring. Bonus being you also get 5 euros towards breakfast in local area. Receptionist was great and very friendly

We were 2 couples. We asked for 2 rooms at lower floor that facing the back side of the hotel. We got rooms 11 and 12. Room 12 was huge compare to Amsterdam's room size. Room 11 size was more than average. The hotel is very very clean!!! Even when I looked around I didn't find dirt or dust. There...

Nice people, really welcoming. The room was really clean but we were on the street side and I could barely sleep any of the 4 nights I spent there. It's really close to a place with bars/restaurants/nightclubs, there were music and screaming/drunk people a large part of the night, and not only the weekend... The WiFi was also dropping every...

Everything in the room was clean and tidy. There were no noise from the outside, although the bars of the street were really noisy. The only inconvenient is that there was no lift, and our room was on the second floor (plus one floor from the street to the reception), but this is something normal with the buildings located in...

Stayed in this lovely place on 3 different occassions. Great location, close to everything. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned and aired daily, WIFi was certainly a plus. I'll be back for sure.

The room was exactly as described. Clean and smoke-free. The location of the hotel is awesome as it's located in the heard of Amsterdam and you can go anywhere on foot. There wasn't any noise at all, we were in room 10.
