A really pleasant campsite with clean amenities and well kept pitches. Mainly for caravans and motorhomes but plenty of space to pitch a larger tent on the pitches, we used out trailer tent. There is a field near the gat e that is used for smaller trekking tents.Hot water is extra but tat was our only minor gripe. The nearest...

Excellent site, 5 minutes from the Metro. Good shower blocks. Well kept site. Small shop and bar/cafe. Helpful, English speaking staff. Next to a country park but on the edge of the city. We would certainly recommend this site.

My whole visit to beautiful Amsterdam was ruined due to camping at this place. The place is just an empty field. You have to pay to use the shower and it is a euro per 5 minutes. The water itself is not hot. Suggest to avoid this place in cool weather completely. The weather had turned bad around 5 degrees....

Spent 3 nights here 15 min metro ride into Central Amsterdam Very clean, well maintained site Small supermarket on site ( restricted opening in Sept) Bar open in evenings Close to park if you wish to walk Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent English Only minor irritation is the need to have tokens for any hot water/showers although not uncommon...

Stayed 5 nights here in our Motorhome along with more motorhomes than we have ever seen on one site before. It's the way to travel round Europe! Spotless shower/toilet blocks, but it should be noted that tokens are needed to get a hot shower, each one lasting 5 minutes. The sinks only had cold water. Pitches vary, mostly grass pitches,...

This site is extraordinary in its supply of not just free WiFi but very fast one too (20Mb down & 30Mb - no, not the other way around!) accessible throughout. As the receptionist said when we asked "that is the item just above food on the hierarchy of needs, isn't it!" Lots of grass on hard enough land to mean...

Well and efficiently organized administration- thoroughly cleaning of toilets and shower facilities at noon, places big enough, restaurant (which I didn't visit myself) and small supermarket with fresh whi te bread in the morning. Best of all: Friedndly people and Metro station within 8 min. footwalk and a metro frequently enough taking you downtown in 20 min. (not in 15...

Stayed 2 nights in a motorhome, we were allocated a really good pitch which helped. Reception was well organised which is important as its a busy site. Facilities were old buildings but refurbished inside so perfectly good although motorhome drain point was full when we came to leave. one tip would be to look out for queues at the entrance...

I've been in Amsterdam last year in august and I'm felt in love with that city. This camping is a very beautiful place. I've visited Gaasper Camping with my family and my dog. All was good but the bathrooms weren't very clean. I think I will back to Amsterdam, to Gaasper C. .

Each year we are coming to stay in AMS, at the Gaasper Camping. The location is very good, you have only 5 min walk to the metro and it takes 10/15 min to the center. At the Gaasper you will find a store with food, chemistry and some grill staff. It is very clean and nice place. The staff is...
