Me & my friends stayed here for 3 nights in September 2015. It was the cheapest hostel we could find right in the centre of Amsterdam. The location is almost perfect compared to a lot of the hostels that are pretty far out of the centre. Friendly service. The hostel owner has a cat! He's really cute and he came...

Accommodation price in the heart of Amsterdam is a problem. This B&B is cheap in comparison with most of the options and is well located. However, the rooms are small, as well as the toilets. Breakfast consists of eggs (you can choose if scrambled or friend and if you want cheese on top), bread and jam, accompanied with coffee or...

Easy cheap hostel/bed and breakfast, family run with the friendly staff. You can smoke in the rooms which can be benefit to some people or out other off. 5-10mins walk from Centraal Station, and most of the top coffeeshops are all within a 15 mins walk. Really recommend this place for young travellers or easy going couples.

Very friendly hotel, staff very helpful, nice location closed to centrum, spartan rooms, good price, generous breakfast. Highly recommended if you don't pretend anything luxurious but just functional and cheap.

I chose Hotel My Home based on the reviews from Trip Advisor. Firstly don't expect luxury, it's a hostel in a very old building. It is however, welcoming, clean and perfectly adequate. I was in a 3 person room which had it's own wash basin, extremely basic but it was fine as somewhere to just rest your head at night....

I stayed here with my wife for three nights and we both really enjoyed it. It's a very modest, old and small hotel but don't let that turn you down. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Amsterdam - 5 min walk from the Central Station. Within a 1km from the hotel you have: several local stores,...

This hostel is very good. I stayed two nights in this hostel and I felt very safe and welcomed at all times. I shared a room with 4 other people, all of whom where very friendly. There was linen, pillows and towels provided. Complimentary breakfast was built into the price. Eggs made to your liking. Lovely common room area where...

The first thing about Hotel my home was the extremely friendly staff. They were always so happy to talk to us and give us advice on places to visit etc. The breakfast that was made in the mornings was lovely (mostly eggs) and they were always so happy to make it to your liking. They even woke you up in...

It's really.. How can I say.. legalize. If you want a place where you can smoke all the "good things" that you can find in Amsterdam, this is the place. It is a hostel. The stairs were awful (as usual in Amsterdam) and the rooms were a bit messy concerning cleaning aspects. In my opinion the room was big enough....
