The location is the most ideal where it requires about 8 mins walk from Amsterdam Central station. There are trams nearby that makes travelling more accessible. But it is not very prominent in the sense it shows "Hotel" and i had overshot and needed to walk back. There were no elevators in this hotel, and the stairs are crampy and... More

I stayed here 5-7th of November. Great location if your going for the coffee shops and you just want some where to lay your head then this is the place for u. Can't remember what room we had but we were given a triple room instead of a twin that had two double windows looking straight onto the busy street.... More

We went in a group of one guy and 2 girls, and shared a 3-person room with 3 small single beds. If there are people taller than 6ft in your group, be warned that the bed may be a bit short for them! Very rude and unhelpful staff. No advice offered on exploring Amsterdam. Their only concern was that the... More

As much as I would like to give this hotel a one, I think it's only fair I give it a three... So reasons for why I would give it a one are, checking in was ok, but they were laying carpets which were dangerously left around for us to climb over and with luggage this was annoying. Also leading... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, one with myself plus 2 and one with just me and my hubby. Both times the staff have been very helpful and have had no issues whatsoever, its not a fancy place by any means but it has everything a budget traveler would need.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Beds were filthy, no hot water for a shower in the morning. Worst of all were the staff, everything was too much bother, its as if they were going out there way to start arguements.

Went on pretty much a 'smoking' holiday start of November and we couldn't have picked a better hotel! Having read a few bad reviews I was concerned about the hotel but my concerns were unnecessary! Friendly staff, 24 hour reception, AMAZING triple room with huge windows out onto the busy street! It was just everything we needed. The stairs were... More
