The only good news is that I was going to stay two nights but stayed just one instead, and that was too long. The single room is small, very, a monks cell in a monastery is larger. One small shower towel, one small hand towel, a pad on the bed , not a real mattress, no fan or ventilation ,... More

My stay at Sara's Boutique Hotel was uncomfortable. I felt cramped, unwelcome, and frustrated. This hotel was not what I was expecting. Customer service is nonexistent and the front desk staff seemed annoyed when I asked for restaurant recommendations. There were several problems with my room during my 3 night stay. For example, my room was supposed to have a... More

Stayed here with a friend on our trip to Amsterdam! The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were very nice. We had a lovely small balcony, and we were very pleased there was an elevator as the stairs would have been a bit scary with our bags. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the location was... The hotel is close to the tram and walking distance (5 min) to the local dining areas. The hotel is nearly new. Please note that have a room at street level, not suitable for everyone. Very friendly reception.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and helpful. They also had an option to hire a bike straight from a hotel and provided us with good rate taxi transport to the airport early in the morning. The hotel is in close distance from Museums and we moved around the rest of the town by bikes although... More

Good value for money, specially when you think about your location. Everything can be walked, the tourist spots ranging from 10 mins to 30 mins walk. You can also have an easy access to the trams (taking you to the Amsterdam Central for only 15 mins). The room I was in was #4 in Level 1. It served the purpose,... More

When I started doing research on where to stay for a Saturday night in Amsterdam I have looked at numerous hotels within the 4-star category and this boutique appeared to be the nicest. It is located on a quiet street and is very clean and modern inside. The concierge on duty was quite efficient and checked us in quickly. He... More

Do not be deterred by the negative ratings on here, many of them are from before the hotel was completely renovated. I'm a massive clean freak and would not stay in a hotel that was not spotless, so do not worry about dirty or uncleanliness, as I can assure this hotel was extremely clean. The hotel is in an excellent... More

My pal booked this boutique hotel and we were delighted with the location, close to the bus stop and Leidesplein. We arrived early and the helpful staff stored our luggage so we could begin to explore. We had single rooms which were compact, clean and tidy. Mine was no 3 on the ground floor and had a coffee making machine... More
