Good location, good breakfast really friendly and helpful staff. Tram station only a few minutes stroll away. The room was falling apart a little bit and we went 2 days with no toilet roll. Overall decent price for what you get.

On the other side of the canal there's a little park where you can find the tram (and maybe the bus) for the city centre. Enjoy the visit!
