yes this is not a problem! they have sufficient office quipment to do this if you ask them i think they may charge you a few buttons but nothing expensive! if your flying with KLM they will print boarding passes off for your... More

i know that there is some on the basement! i would double check with hotel as they are super friendly and get back promptly! Although there is a lift! some rooms do have a few steps up to them! Hope this helps 🙂
