Stayed in room 414. Lots of street noise. Bed is only okay in very small room. Breakfast was good, bacon and scrambled eggs. Toaster only toasted one side of bread. People are VERY nice and VERY helpful. Convenient location.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Good location, close to tram stop. Has an elevator. Free coffee all day and free WiFi. Breakfast only 11 euros more, very basic but you can't go to a cafe for less....good value for the money. Rooms European small, but clean. Staff friendly. Would recommend!

Great place clean and tidy , friendly staff with free coffee and wifi 😊😊. Would be nice to have slightly bigger rooms , but not here for the room . Perfect access to centre of town 10-15 min walk . Great bars and restaurants in the same street . Be carful of bikes and scooters ....

Hotel was pretty average in the scheme of things but for me I expected more for my money based on other hotels I have stayed in for a similar price across Europe. One downside was the carpet in the room was a bit of a mess with a few stains but on yet the bathrooms and fittings seemed relatively new....

Firstly, the staff here are all super friendly and helpful. We turned up a lot earlier than the check in time and there was no issue with leaving our bags there and coming back to check in later. There is a tram stop approx. 200m from the door of the hotel (1e Con. Huygensstraat) from here you can take Tram...

great location for newbies to Amsterdam! 5minute walk to the Museum Quarter and the I Amsterdam sign, then roughly 15min to walk to the centre and 20min to Red Light District/Rembrandtplein. the chap who checked us in was very friendly and agreed to keep our luggage until 2pm when the room was ready. the rooms were quite small and compact...

We stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. The hotel is very welcoming and close to Leidseplein square. Rooms are on the smaller size but it was enough, lacking a little in light. Comfy bed, great shower. Had an issue with the hairdryer but the following day the staff brought us a new one. I liked the seating area by...

Friendly welcoming staff, very helpful and polite. The hotel itself isn't as central as it seems, although the main attractions were not too far but it seemed quite a while away from the very center of Amsterdam. Free tea and coffee was quite good, lobby area to relax in was decent too. Rooms were very clean, modern and well kept...

We recently booked to stay at this hotel but when we informed the hotel we could not fly as my wife became pregnant they refused to refund us for the hotel. We rang an emailed on a few occasions and were not at all friendly or helpful. They even charged us the city tax although we won't be staying in...
