We had one of the Premium 1-room Apartments facing the Singel Gracht. The room was spacious but cosy and beautifully furnished with a well-equipped modern kitchenette. The dining table was directly in front of one of the two large windows enabling us to have a direct view over all the comings and goings outside. Of particular interest was the King's...

This is yet another lovely Hapimag Resort. It's not as big as some, but it is very central, being less than 10 minutes walk from Central Station and handy for shops and restaurants. The apartments are nicely decorated and well appointed, and the staff are very pleasant.

We stayed at Hapimag Amsterdam in 2007, and came back in 2016 for a 4-week extended stay. The staff is excellent - extremely helpful when you want them, but leave you alone when you don't. The apartment was modern and well equipped. Hapimag is close to the train station, walking distance to many tourist sights and shopping, but trams are...

Recently stayed in a 2 room apartment, Considering how old the build is the room was very modern and everything in working order also with beautiful views of the Singel canal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, nice terrace bars/restaurants nearby walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay there on my next visit

Had a great time the other week staying in this clean, modern and well located resort. Absolutely loved it, close to everything - lovely city, especially rijks museum and flower market. Would recommend hiring bikes too. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the actual room had a lot of facilities; crockery, coffee machine etc. Only issue was the WiFi which...

Hapimag is in the centre of Amsterdam, just five minutes from the train station. The building has bags of character and has been modernised with sensitivity. We got a very warm welcome from Reception and lots of good advice about what to see, how to buy tickets, etc. The apartments are compact. Ours was for two couples, the open plan...

The location on singel is simply perfect. You can reach all important sights and the best shopping spots by foot. The room was located on the top floor giving us great views. It was very clean and the service was perfect. Very modern bathroom and kitchen with all needed supplies. The only drawback was to single beds.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hapimag Amsterdam. The location on the canal (Singel street) was very nice. The design in the room is great and the bed comfortable. All was excellent except for the WiFi connection that was slow. It may be because I was staying in the top floor but I think at this time and age there...

Neighbourhood Profile
Centrum
Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
