The staff here went above and beyond most hotels, nothign was too much trouble and they were so helpful. I stay in hotels every week and this one is in the top tier due to the staff, location is also good and the rooms really cool.

Stayed in the deluxe canal view room (104) as a couple. For a family with small children there is another room that is connected to it. I only saw the layout as it was locked during our stay but worth enquiring about as would be secure accommodation. Room had a top whirlpool bath much needed after sightseeing! 10 mins from...

Couldn't fault it. Incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Great breakfast. Lovely room with a view over the canal so lovely and quiet. Great location - close enough to walk to the city centre and major attractions including museums, but away from the hordes of tourists. Added bonus of a free canal tour - with a fantastic guide - topped...

We visited Amsterdam early march 2017 and absolutely loved this hotel. The location was great, close to the tram but within walking distance of the museum district, the red light district, plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and directly on a canal. The room looked recently updated, with 3 windows overlooking the canals. It also had a super comfortable bed....

We spent 4 days, following a 6 days business stay by myself in this great Hotel. The service staff was really perfect, if we come back to Amsterdam it is sure 100% we will try our best to reserve in this hotel again. The all-included breakfast was superb, we could even have "à la carte" orders. The hotel is beautiful...

We really enjoyed the hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff, great breakfast, great location, very nice view. I didn't see the other rooms, but it seems really worth paying the little extra for the room with the balconny and view on the canal. The hotel is proposing, free of charge, a boat tour with the hotel boat. My only regret...

Dear Isaline, Thank you for your lovely review and words about our hotel! Unfortunately in winter time the boat tour is limited but we hope to go more often in summer! We would like to surprise our guests upon arrival instead of promoting the tour online - therefore subscribing up front is not possible. You should come back in summer...

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to attractions however away from the big crowds. The breakfast was great! We were able to take the complementary canal cruise. It was beautiful, but freezing! The staff is fantastic and very accommodating. Stay here on your trip!

This place is a wonderful boutique hotel that strongly deserves its 4 stars. The room with view on the canal is great! Thanks to Robert, Silvia, Marc and others member of this young and enthusiastic crew this hotel has the little + we are looking for. Special big up to the boat tour and Captain Paul! We'll come back!
