The WiFi they supposedly provided didn't reach our room, the room had cigarette butts in it, a broken TV and cupboard was set in the hall way to our room, the other room that shared outlet hall way was boarded up but was being used still. A whole in the wall was patched up with a football emblem. There was... More

After reading reviews was very apprehensive about 5 day stay. However found our twin room to be well kept, with everything in working order. Staff seemed to be attentive and came to collect dirty towels each day and empty bins, friendly receptionist. The hotel is in a good location near to some nice places to eat, coffee shops and the... This a really late review as I stayed Feb 2016 however I have finally gotten round to doing it! After reading the awful reviews I was really expecting the absolute worst however when I arrived I was 'pleasantly' surprised to be quite honest. The staff were friendly and very helpful (printing out our boarding passes for us and asking for... More

I stayed at the hotel whilst on a business trip. I was a little bit concerned after reading the reviews but thought I would give it ago. The building you check into (1 min walk from the place you stay) is not nice. It is dark and has a bit of a smell. The rooms were nice but basic, but... More

Possibly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing was clean, rats found in the wardrobe, worst employees I have ever met. Manager does not deserve to work in this industry by the way she treats her guests

This hotel was the cheapest we could find (£70) and the pictures on Booking.com looked pretty decent so we went for it. Thank god we were only there for one night because it was awful. The room was literally just a bed and TV, no mirrors or bedside/desk or tea making facilities. The bathroom was tiny with no room to... More

Stayed there for a night. Got a 6 twin/bunk bed room, since there were 3 of us. Room was large, bathroom was very clean. No tub. Carpet had some musty smell and rooms weren't sound proof. However, was very centrally located. Close to Heiniken brewery; close to Hop On Hop Off bus/boat stop. Very accessible to Central station via tram.... More
