The hotel is located on Rembrandtplein Square. You can easily get there from Amsterdam Centraal using tram 4 or 9 (both stop maybe 100 meters from the hotel). The bed was super comfy, the shower wonderful. Everything was clean and nice. I had a pretty view to the opera house. The only con is that breakfast was nice, but there...

Staying here for a few days not didn't get any rest. Beds are so soft and the rooms are noisy. Shower is okay all do it's was not so clean to much black stains (fungi). over booking.com it was charged in advance, when I come they charge extra for city tax, and 50€ in advance deposit... poor service, without 'hello', without 'how are you'. young inexperienced receptionist didn't even try to make a smile. 15 minutes I was listening about charges and fees. it was too much for 4 star hotel in city center.

Only advice I can give is not to visit. Just A filthy hotel, asked to change rooms on arrival and 2nd room was marginally better but only just! Filthy carpets, hair still in bathroom, holes in sheets, mouldy walls, beds and towels that have seen better days.

First when we arrived at the hotel, as we came to pay we were told about the £50 deposit we had to pay for mini fridge which wasn't stated when booking the hotel. The hotel staff where just rude and patronising. We paid for a double room with a double bed which when we first came to the room we...

The hotel is nice and well located. Nevertheless, it was reserved a double bed at the front desk they provide me with two twin beds and then I asked to change the room and it was just a ticker blanket covering the two twin beds.

As a leisure break and having requested a double room... finding 2 singles pushed together was a massive negative for us. The shower in our ensuite however was refreshingly delightful. Apart from this, the hotel is very close to the tramstops (choice of 2 from Central Station) and tourist areas.

This is a very good hotel in a great location. I have stayed here several times. Recommendation: Ask for a room away from Amstelstraat, which can be noisy until 3 or 4 am. Great breakfast and service is good.

Great location, close to everything. Good reception. The room was clean, but small. Good and clean bathroom. WiFi is extremely slow. TV is not good, in terms of choice of channels and quality. And it was the most uncomfortable bed I ever had in the hotel. I've asked for a double bed, but got two singles, combined together, which weren't...
