Just back from a 2 night stay. The hotel is pretty basic, the room we stayed in 506 was in the basement which was a bit disappointing as there was no view. The room is quite small, the main door and bathroom door opened into the bed but we were only sleeping there so it wasn't a big deal. If...

Room is very small, you could hardly walk around the (small) bed. Bathroom can not be entered by two people at the same time and should have been cleaner. No lid on the toilet, and it was not properly cleaned when we arrived... Curtin in the shower was dirty. We were with a group of friends, 6 rooms all together,...

Had a lovely welcome, the man at the desk straight away acknowledged my request ( which was requested many weeks ago) in which i didn't think it would be took into consideration. Was slightly worried with some of the reviews about the size and state of the bathrooms... The room was perfect for the price, room was clean along with...

We were there for 4 days and our stay was nearly excellent. The staff was very friendly and the hotel also has elevator (others in amsterdam dont) and its very helpful for carrying the luggages. The hotel is 5 minutes from Dam Square taking the tram 2,5 or 7. The only thing that was a little bit disturbing was the...

Easy friendly check in. Our room was very small but clean with modest furnishings. The price was fairly reasonable for the area it is located. Close to tram and train station about 12-15 minutes walk. Museums were within walking distance as were bars and food establishments.

Stayed at the Mozart Hotel for three nights with my partner for a City escape at the start of October. Originally booked the website through booking.com for a reasonable rate. I requested a canal view and a nice room if possible. I understand that it may not be possible with regards occupancy, but we were truly given the most horrible...

If you want a no frills touring hotel in the centre of Amsterdam this fits the bill. Although rooms are small with limited cupboard space they are OK for short stay tourism. Friendly and helpful staff who have a good knowledge of the city. Well located for the museums and AnnFrank

We stayed here from Monday to Friday for my partners birthday and enjoyed our whole experience. Great location, lovely, friendly staff at the Mozart hotel and a beautiful, clean canal view room. Staff was very helpful with everything. Good value for money also. Would defiantly recommend this hotel.
