Stayed 3 nights in the red room. Peter and Wolter such amazing hosts, it was a privilege to be a guest in their intimate designer B and B with such attention to detail. We stayed at Kamer01 for 3 nights, and loved the atmosphere, the location and the staff. My husband and I booked the first floor suite (we wanted easy access). After 21/2 weeks traveling we loved having the space. Very clean, comfortable bed, well-appointed bath, unique furnishings in a very historic setting and so convenient to everything. My friend and I have just returned from a memorable stay at Kamer01. Everything that has been said in the other reviews is true. Great location, fabulous rooms with views, amazing breakfasts and wonderful, helpful hosts. This is truly a special place to stay in the heart of Amsterdam.

We had originally planned to stay here a few years ago but had to cancel. Not this time. We stayed in the blue room which faces the canal and has a great view and the room as is the rest of the house beautifully designed and presented. They tell you that the stairs are steep. They certainly were! Amazing breakfasts...

Nice atmosphere; excellent individual breakfast with 3 courses and champagne, accompanied by the hosts; well designed interiors; clean room; location close to the center with view to the gracht. Tram line to the main station is nearby. Helpful advices and suggestions by the very friendly hosts.

We just left Amsterdam after a week long stay at Kamer01 B&B and we hated to leave. All of the wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor convinced us to stay at Kamer01 and they are all true. This was our second trip to Amsterdam but the first trip was only for three days so we decided to have a longer visit...

This has been our second visit and we can highly recommend Kamer01. Our hosts have thought of everything and for us it was a home from home. From arrival to departure, from the rooms to the breakfasts everything is outstanding and every detail has been thought through with flare and style. Kamer01 is in a beautiful canal district of Amsterdam...
