Overall our stay here was good. The staff were so lovely (we have stayed in Amsterdam a couple of times and the people here were truly great). The location is good with plenty to see and do nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Good hotel breakfasts in Europe are challenging to find to say the least....

I have just come back from a 3 night stay at this hotel, we were a party of 4 women in two twin rooms. We had rooms in the back part of the hotel which seemed a bit quieter. The rooms are very small but adequate for a short stay. I would have just two suggestions that would make the...

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us .They helped us with bookings and ideas .Breakfast was good Rooms are small but if you want a good location the hotels tend to have character and small rooms. For short city breaks this was no problem. Very comfy beds well decorated. Ensuite again small but all that you need...

It was a great value for the money and ideally located for sightseeing. The tram is in front of the hotel and there are a number of sights and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is great, as well as the breakfast, and the hotel is clean. The room was a very modest size, but comfortable. A small table would...

I stayed at the hotel for business purposes for 1 night. Room was fairly basic and quite dark. Walls are very thin, luckily I was at the end of the corridor downstairs so not many people around but when there were it was very loud. Breakfast was nice and lovely to sit watching to world go by through the glass...

This was one of the official hotels for a conference I attended at the RAI. The location on the varioius tram routes was perfect for getting arround. The front desk did sell day passes for the tram, so that made it easier than paying on the tram. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Their professionalism made my stay...

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel V. The positives were the staff, the location and the breakfast, however there were a couple of negatives that let the hotel down. I had booked two small double rooms which, having read previous reviews I was under no illusion that this was exactly what I would get. However, despite both rooms being...

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Hotel V Frederiksplein. I would really suggest taking a large or xlarge room next time, space is certainly not an issue then. Or you could also try our brand new loft apartments located next to the hotel. As for your other points, well sorry to say that it...

Overall we were very impressed with the hotel which made a great base for our short break to Amsterdam. Its best asset is the staff who were very friendly and helpful particularly with restaurant reservations and guidance on attractions. The complimentary tea and coffee was great and the breakfasts fantastic with lots of variety and choice. The lounge was very...
