My girlfriend and I were originally booked for the Amrath Grand Hotel within the city center of Haarlem, but were rebooked for our first night due to construction and stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel made every best effort to make an otherwise not pleasant situation very pleasant. The service was impeccable and helped us...

We had a good experience at this hotel. Clean, friendly, conveniently located near the bus. If you're wanting to to to Amsterdam, prepare to spend some money on transportation. The buses don't run all night so make sure you check the schedule if you end up in Amsterdam after last bus, a Taxi will cost you 100 euro! Breakfast is...

We were offered an upgrade from economy to comfort for €15, wow, sheer luxury, fantastic refurbished rooms, great staff, great bar and a buffet breakfast with a massive choice - highly recommended and within easy travelling distance from Amsterdam (Haarlem is beautiful too)

great spacy room with separate shower, bath and toilet. empty fridge, very slow responding tv, but wifi all through hotel is good. gym is big and for free. bar is nice, specially when dutch soccer is on. big terras. pity that bartender also cares for drinks in the restaurants, that makes waitingtime sometimes very long.

We were able to catch a bus to the train station easily to make the quick trip to Amsterdam. But, the amazing thing was, we ended up loving Haarlem too! It...

We absolutely loved the sumptuous wellness suite. Perfect for a peaceful, romantic break. Not cheap but worth every penny. Wonderful facilities....to be honest we hardly ventured out! Beautifully presented open bedroom/wellness/bathroom and sitting room. Quality fittings and furnishing. Immaculate housekeeping (even on Xmas day!) perfect in almost every detail. There´s very little space for hanging clothing, but ironing board +...

We were sent here when our flights from Schipol were cancelled. It's a little way out of Amsterdam, but the hotel has newly renovated rooms and is really high standard. Great staff and they catered for my son who is gluten free. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay
