We stayed for just a night here, but had a good one. Friendly staff welcomed us and the room was good with everything you need. The airconditioning was just a little noisy and did not cool the room properly. But the location is what makes this hotel great as well, next to the Great Market and near the famous Teylers...

Very comfortable 3 night stay at the Fran Hals Haarlem, the sweeping staircase was quite a feature. Rooms were comfortable and spacious with TV and tea & coffee maiking facilities. Rooms very clean and tidy, air conditioned and well lit, plenty of towels, pillows & a bathrobe. Breakfast was a buffet with a hot or cold choice. Hotel did not...

We stayed here for three nights in September. It was an easy walk (10 minute) from the train station even with luggage. Check in was fast and easy with such courteous, helpful staff. We ended up with an accessible room on the second floor which was extremely spacious. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet room (225). We did not eat breakfast...

Spend one night here. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Overall a good place to spend a few days. Can walk to train station in about 20 minutes. We did not see the canal tour in time but that would have been a great thing to do. Friendly people. Dave from Vancouver

We stayed here for one night in September. It is in the middle of where you want to be. We parked our car in the garage under the hotel. It was very convenient, but pricy. The best part of the hotel was the man that checked us in and out. He was extremely helpful and nice. He gave us maps...

We decided to stay in Haarlem rather than Amsterdam and were glad that we did. This hotal is central and only minutes away from a large selection of restaurants. It is not cheap but it is 4 star. We had a comfortable room on the first floor with two arm chairs. There was a table which took up a lot...

I walked past this hotel last time I was in Haarlem, which looked really good from the outside – and on the strength of that, decided to stay there this time around. I have tried several different hotels in Haarlem recently, but have not I liked one of them enough to return to .. And I was to find the...

Travelling with my partner for his summer business trips to Europe, we have stayed at the Frans Hals a couple of times. The funniest time was during our first time in Haarlem when, after checking in, we headed out to find something to eat. Situated in a great part of Haarlem, we found a restaurant very close, a great table...

The hotel has the best location possible in Haarlem. Its right next to the buzzing main area (only area where bars will be open till 1-2AM) . The main church is also next to it. Best way to arrive to this hotel from schiphol is by bus 300 or 277. It takes 25 mins to reach centrum stop and the...
