I stayed here for one night whilst on a business trip as it was recommended by the customer. The hotel looks a little tired, but don't let that put you off. The staff were brilliant. The room was comfortable, not the savoy but the room was clean with ample space and a nice ensuite bathroom. I was told by the...

Our 3 nights at this hotel were very comfortable, there was a great restaurant to have dinner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also electric jug in room for making coffee or tea. Biscuits were also supplied. The bus stop was just across the road and from there we were able to travel into the village...

I wouldn't say our room was dirty but it certainly was not super clean, there were stains on the walls and the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, it certainly put us off eating there. The bar is ok but they don't seem to know how to clean glasses properly. Do NOT be fooled the the term...

I stayed here for a weekend with friends and their young child. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, great with children. Rooms were looking in need of reno ation but were clean and comfortable. Food was brilliant. Oriental beef salad was just fabulous. Would stay again.

The staff was extremely helpful and always available when we needed help arranging things. The room was clean and comfortable although it did feel a bit "old". Chambermaids did an excellent jobs cleaning it really well every day.

So, my stay could be categorized easily: Good: - great service, nice and quick people at the restaurant and front desk - free wifi without any hassle Mediocre: - state of the hotel. Rooms are clean but...

My wife and I stayed hear after a full day visiting the Keukenhof. Located just outside the park and right next to fields of tulips and a bus stop, you couldn't get a more convenient hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast met our needs and the staff was both friendly and helpful.

My partner and I went for a long weekend to visit Keukenhof gardens. For us De Nachtegaal was the only place to stay for our trip! We picked up bus 361 from Stand B2 outside Schiphzl Airport. It stopped right outside the hotel! Our room in the ground floor away from the car park was comfortable and quiet. Everyone in...

Excellent visit. Easy to check in. Rooms clean and tidy. Tea and coffee in room. No mini bar or safe but not a problem. Seemed very safe. The en suites didn't have a bath but the showers were good and all beautifully clean with basic soaps and large shower creams in dispensers. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Service in...

We were looking for somewhere to stay so that we could easily visit Keukenhof Gardens. Hotel Restaurant De Nachtegaal is ideally placed as it is half a mile from the main Entrance. The hotel is easily accessed from the main road to Lisse, has lots of free parking and a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and...
