Nice and clean hotel. Good service and all but, just too far from town. Stayed 2 nights and moved to another hotel. The WiFi was good. The restaurant was ok and not too expensive. Because it's right next to the main highway, there was noise from the traffic all night. I didn't get much sleep.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous and the rooms were of a high standard. We had comments like “this is the best hotel that we have stayed in” (we have been doing these trips for about 10 years now). Also we had some very favourable comments regarding the two evening meals that we had. (based on a group...

Not really something special, a hotel you go to when you just have to stay one night. probably like it is planned. Good thing is the location, near two motorway's , and still no noise from out side. Dinner is OK, breakfast is kind of poor, but price is OK.

Well, it's just a Campile... But this one is extremely clean and modern. It may be in the middle of nowhere but the parking in huge and the environment is quite and perfect for a nice dog walk (a lot of grass spots). As we travel around Europe attempting dog shows, finding dog friendly hotel is very important. Staff here...

Another no-frills, basic hotel. It's location is a little out of the way, but Amersfoort is easily accessible via the motorway. Hubby had to attend a conference in Amersfoort, hence this hotel. What's Good --> Free Hi-Speed Wifi, Clean and Spacious Rooms and bathrooms with an excellent hairdryer. I know it's a small thing, but I'm fussy about my hairdryers!...

I had to stay there one night. If I had any choice I would never stayed there. This is an old, basic hotel in the middle of nowhere. The reception desk area and the restaurant look nice but when you get to the next floors you smell mustiness. The rooms are small and musty, carpet in my room was dirty...

Have stayed here a couple of nights in december 2011 (just one night per week). I had to be in Amersfoort Schothorst for business 3 times in 3 weeks. The hotel is on a businesspark and about a 20 to 25 min. walk from the trainstation Amersfoort-Schothorst. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are a normal size for...

As usual the Campanile hotel is miles from the centre. The taxi driver said it was a 3 minute journey ... 15 minutes later we arrived! But the staff are super & it's comfortable. There's also a restaurant with a good selection of quality food, so enjoy!

Dear fellow travelers, I would like to recommend the Campanile Hotel - Amersfoort as the hotel to stay away from. In my more than 20 years of hotel management career I did not find a hotel worse managed and as dirty as the one named. Due to the limited time I have for writing a detailed report - In brief...
