One of the tallest buildings in Utrecht, the hotel provides guests with stunning cityscape views. The Jarrbeurs Convention Center is located nearby, and Amsterdam is a short 30 minutes away. There are 236 light and bright guest rooms. Each has a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and coffee and tea machines. The hotel is a few minutes of walk from the train station and a little more from the city center. I stay always for business 2 times per year. The staff at the reception is always friendly and professional. The head of the staff at the restaurant is kind and super friendly and his staff, too. If you have business in Utrecht, it’s a recommended hotel to have a nice and pleasant stay.

Great place to stay in Utrecht. Next to the rail station and the Tivoli concert hall. Great service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Idéal as a starting point to visit the city. Website could be a lot better: pictures of rooms are all the same.

I had stayed at this hotel at the beginning of 2020 and enjoyed it so much but as I was working I did not have a chance to explore! From the moment I contacted the hotel, they were nothing but perfect! Yoeri, the duty manager was fantastic at contacting me and helping to choose a room with a view. None of my questions were left unanswered. When we arrived the check in was easy as we had done it online. The hotel was spotless the moment we walked in and the same goes for the room. Yoeri had organised a lovely surprise for my other half (as he is celebrating a 40th birthday)! There were balloons and chocolate and it was a lovely touch! The room was perfect, the view was perfect and the cleaning staff were also helpful and very kind. The hotel itself is located a very short walk from the main station, there is also a few things you can buy downstairs (essentials) but the SPAR store and shopping mall is only a 2min walk away! We chose not to have breakfast as we wanted to explore but I know from last time I stayed the breakfast is amazing (cereals, pastries, toast etc)! I think next time we stay we will definitely enjoy a breakfast. We also (as NH discovery members) had the option of a late checkout on the Sunday which was lovely as we had a late flight, so we left our bags in the hotel until 3pm before heading off to the airport. Again nothing was any trouble, very clean and tidy hotel and rooms. Definitely would recommend!

experience beyond all logic, structure absolutely not recommended for business trips to Utrecht, stay booked and paid in advance, reservation cancelled, without receiving a refund or even a tax invoice. to requests for explanation, responsibility bounces between the hotel and Booking.com. in fact I then had to spend more money to book another hotel for my work and my team.

Most of the hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice. We had to move to a different room in the hotel due to a strange oder. The change was completed quickly without any problems. The hotel has a 4-star rating, but the room service menu is limited to 3 items after 10pm, and I had to go to reception to pay for the room service order before they would even make the food. I thought this was odd since they had my credit card number, but I was told that this is policy. I also attempted to order tea, via room service but was informed that they would bring teabags if that was the problem because every room has a water cooker. That was an unpleasant exchange. There was kalk present on the water cooker and it didn’t look hygienic/clean. I couldn’t understand why my order was frowned upon, especially if I was willing to pay. Lastly, it’s not possible to change a bill for smaller bills/coins so that a tip can be left. You have to go outside to a nearby grocery store. It felt as if the hotel’s policies were more to the benefit of the hotel, not the guest.

Vooral omdat je er ook bij vermeldde dat de service die je kreeg met betrekking tot de roomservice niet aan de verwachtingen voldeed. Het spijt ons dat we niet aan uw verwachtingen hebben voldaan. Wij verontschuldigen ons ook voor het eventuele ongemak dat u heeft ondervonden met de waterkoker in de kamer en voor het feit dat u sommige bankbiljetten en munten niet heeft kunnen wisselen. Nice room, excellent location. Even the view is nice in most directions. Plus for the mini-fridge in the room. It's clean, neat and modern and the green option to skip daily cleaning in return for free drinks is cutting edge.The price has become a bit steep though, especially if you travel from Norway with a weak Krone to exchange in strong Euros.

The Wi-Fi is not working in the hotel room. It works fine in the reception. The reception staff told me that the wi-fi was unstable and did not offer any solutions except using wi-fi in the reception. Using mu operator's internet not really an option since I am travelling from the US. Don't go to this hotel if you need wi-fi in your room. The TV was also not working, only a minor problem for me.

I had stayed at the NH Utrecht hotel for 3 nights. The hotel's proximity to Utrecht central station, just a two-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. I found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and peaceful, with complimentary WiFi that enhanced my stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel was of excellent quality. However, I did experience a minor inconvenience with the room card, as it tended to lose its functionality quickly, necessitating a visit to the reception for reactivation. Overall, I highly recommend the NH Utrecht hotel for anyone considering a stay in Utrecht.

My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the selection of meats, cheese, bread, and fruits was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Location very good in close proximity to Utrecht Central Station. I enjoyed my stay very much.

It took over an hour just to check in to this hotel due to long queues and being given an incorrect room. When I pointed out the room error I was asked if I could just make do with the room I had been given! The staff here are unfriendly and slow. I was made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience to them. The room itself was clean enough but the sofa bad was terrible. Designed for a child and not an adult. Stay somewhere else. Utrecht has many better options.
