The room we had was a good size with a shower and bath to soak in after a day exploring. It was also exceptionally clean. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes in the other direction to the main town square and so is perfectly positioned. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good...

We stayed in a room over looking the canal and the view was worth the extra money. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious each morning and we enjoyed a nice glass of wine from the bar each afternoon. The hotel is perfectly situated and is close to...

My mom loves to stay in this place every time she visits. It's a quiet place, close to the train station and a city center. Good wifi and a nice breakfast. The staff is ok and the hotel has an elevator so you dont need to carry the bag(s) up the awful "dutch stairs".

Good location but a bit rustic. Close to the station and a lot of good restaurant in the vicinity. Not the place to go if you are going to arrive late at night. Good for budget travel. Need some improvement in the service.

Good quality hotel for a reasonable price. Room was of a good standard, clean and warm. Shower room was modern and of a high standard. Hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Delft Railway Station which is well connected to anywhere in The Netherlands. Excellent location if you are visiting Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam. Will visit again.

This hotel is great if you plan to walk from the train station or tram stop (like I did, dragging my big suitcase!) It is a 5 min walk. Check-in went smoothly. There is a lift (elevator) in the hotel. The hotel is quite old and has a lot of character. You can get to the central market of Delft...

We were excited to visit Delft to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We took the time to look for a boutique hotel . Booked a dunnle room. Very disappointing; had a room in building next to main hotel. No tolietaries or offerings in bathroom, not even a bar of soap. Room very noisy as on the street and cold. We turned...

This hotel is well located and well priced. The rooms are nice enough. And the breakfast included is always nice as searching for food in the morning can be rough. But that's all I can say. The service is deplorable. The front desk girl was pleasant, but the online responses were difficult as they refused to confirm a class of...

A great hotel in a great city. Excellent standard throughout, good size room, well fitted out, quiet, good service and friendly staff. The hotel is within easy reach of the railway station as well as the city centre sights and amenities. Breakfast was of a high standard with lots of choice. No reason not to Redbook here when we return...

Reception person was friendly and helpful. The room is fine, small but not tiny, and very quiet, as I had requested, as far as street noise goes (room 19). However, I learned that I could hear voices and noises from the neighboring room, which was not so good. Wi-fi was good, water hot. The hotel only supplied a bar of...
