I stayed for one night in this hotel. The hotel is very old, but the room was really big. But overall, looking to the overall picture it should have three stars and not 4. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But looking to the price/quality percentage, it is a bit highly priced for EUR 150 a night.

The most memorable of my stay is the front desk people. Really nice service. The rooms are small but clean. Furniture is metal, so quite noisy but functional and unique. The lobby is a nice place to hang out. I would visit again.

In all my years, and I've stayed in some pretty seedy places, never have experienced the volume of bedbug bites I received at this place, and I was only in the bed for 6 hours!! I counted over 120 bites to my face, neck, ears, shoulders, chest, back, legs you name it. I was flying back home to Australia the...

We booked this hotel for the North Sea Jazz Festival for 4 nights. Looking at the reviews we paid extra for the executive double room. But upon check in we were informed that the room was not renovated. It was just bigger. That's not the main issue the hotel is warn down, old and aged. Its not clean and the...

The location is perfect, close to the centre and nice personnel! Mainly the location is the biggest plus. Stairway is very steep and the elevator small. There's no big choice in terms of breakfast, nothing particular about the hotel, It was OK for a short stay but I personally couldn't feel comfortable.

Good proximity to the train station (5 minute walk), comfortable room and typical continental breakfast. Sound installation wasn't great however would stay here again if I had a short stop over in Rotterdam but also wanted to explore the city.

This hotel is just in front straight road from central tain station. Rooms are good & spacious but bathroom is not for 4 star. Hotel is renovated from old buildings so you can see small lift for 2 people only.

Lovely hotel which is well located, friendly staff, 24 hour reception. 2 minutes from Centraal Station. Close to restaurants and shops. Quiet, warm, comfortable. Nice fixtures and fittings. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. Stay here and support small businesses.

Totally not 4 star worthy! Maybe 2 or max 3 stars! The hotel gave us the same room as the (photoshopped?!) pictures of the room. Differences?! enough: on the pictures you saw a nice, architectural room with white walls. Reality: grade of finishing in the room is very down. Curtains were dirty and cigarette holes burned into them (all rooms...

“Room 34 has wonderful views of Rotterdam Central Station and is a lovely size. TV could be a little bigger, but, no big deal. A door on the bathroom would be a bonus, but again, not a huge deterrent from staying here.”
