I stayed on Hotel National Antwerpen Belgium last month. It was a very nice and family atmosphere. Staff were friendly helpful and loyal to their customer. Rooms are tidy. Breakfast was brilliant. Guys give a try.

On 19th and 20th of October 2016, I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. As I mentioned to the receptionist at the time, the accommodation was unsatisfactory in the following ways: Bed bugs who bites me all nights (see pictures) Holes in towels provides in the room City tax 10€ (it's normally 2€ per night, check other hotel in...

Awful hotel and experience! My fiancée just came back from a two days business trip and she is covered in bites from bed bugs! The room was dirty, block drain, no pressure in the shower and holes in towels provided! All in all avoid this hotel! They shouldn't allow anymore customer until they sort out all those issues!

Used to be a great place to stay always tidy and up together. More like a brother interior. You get the feeling its being run on a very tight budget, Looks great from the outside reception area in good repair. Rooms very basic need to be decorated. Breakfast extra, only one coffee included. Big change of management. No I wont...

It's all white and no working tv or no decor, just some small thin sheets and a chair next to the bed; a lonely table with a 90's phone at the corner seals the whole "it's not meant to be cozy" vibe of the room. To give you a mental picture of it: where Jason Bourne would wake up after...

This was terrible. Two rooms full of bed bugs, with blood stains on the sheets. One door lock was broken. They could not get me clean rooms for the second night, and then did not return the money as promised. Even after sending several messages. Basically, they stole my money. Avoid at all cost.

Great value for money, of course with the cost you can't except top notch quality, but I am satisfied with the service and what's provided. If it is of concern to you, note that there isn't replacement of bedsheets during daily room cleanings and there are old stains on the mattress and holes on walls.

I travel alot and while I like anyone love my 5 star hotels I also understand the meaning of the word budget. A budget hotel should be basic with standard amenities and no frills. This is a basic hotel but what makes it bad is it is horribly dirty and worn. Basic is one thing, dirty and unkept is what...

Tucked away in the art district of Antwerp this budget hotel is friendly, clean and efficiently run. Walking distance to the centre but in a quiet residential area full of great bars and restaurants. The rooms are small but not uncomfortably so. The amenities are basic, but the staff provided whatever else we needed (hairdryer). The owners are very friendly...
