I loved this place. A beautiful old house, set in a quiet street about a 20 minute walk from the centre. Our hosts Koen and Marleen made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given great tips on where to go and what to do. Our room was quiet, clean and very spacious and comfortable. The...

I stayed whilst working in Antwerp in the owners first B&B in the apartment, just off Americalie in 1997/98 then in this wonderfully quirky yet eligant house again in 2001. The owners couldn't do enough for me. Felt like a family yet given freedom and privacy to come and go. Marleen and Koen are excellant hosts. I don't normally stay...

Nice clean place to stay near the center of Antwerp. This bed and breakfast had it's own bathroom and we had a small balcony off the second floor. Easy walk into the city eventhough we had a car. We had parking for the car about a half block away in a garage furnished by the B&B. Breakfast food was good...

A friendly and informative welcome when we were given a city map with highlights explained and local restaurants acurately recommended. We had a large comfortable room in this belle epoque property. Insufficient soap but everything else splendid with tea making facilty on landing. Breakfast was good with fresh coffee, a little slow coming but evrything was good with fresh fruit...

My wife and I were probably the closest guests who stayed in this B&B.. I work also in Antwerp. Although, we haven't regret our stay. On the contrary, I didn't have visited "Antwerp: the south" many times in the past, And it' 's a beautiful region. We have visited the photo museum (beautiful), and with an acceptable walk, passing the...

I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again. Our room was huge, bigger than my own flat! Loads of character, period features and quirky touches that all added to the charm and personality of this B+B. The bed was really comfy, the room was very quiet and the whole place had a nice feel to it. I...

I stayed at Bed, Bad and Brood during my trips to Antwerp, and could obviously have chosen a new place to stay, had my impressions after the first time been less than favourable. In effect, the guesthouse stands for me for everything the city emulates: civility, graceful sophistication, taste and consideration. The gently offered advice and care on behalf of...

DO NOT STAY HERE! We got a room for the night, sure the room was fairly big and spacious. But the toilet was NOT flushed as we got there. In the following morning, with no notification at all - there was NO water in the bath & toilet. We informed the lady in charge and she was not at all...

As owner of Bed, Bad & Brood I'd like to place the experience of an unhappy guest in a context. During our summerholiday a familymember took care of our bed & breakfast. Sadly enougn, one mornng, unannounced works on the waterpipes took place in the street by the city of Antwerp. It took the lady in charge some time to...

We had a lovely few days in Antwerp and Bed, Bad & Brood was the perfect place to stay. A stylishly renovated house in a quiet street, just a short walk from the city centre and minutes from really nice restaurants and cafes. Koen, the owner, was very helpful with tips on what to see, where to eat etc. and...

We spent 3 nights in the Gustav room and we loved it. This B&B is in a great location to all attractions via foot or tram. The room was incredibly large with a day bed in the corner so you can have a third person if you wanted. The bathroom was big and everything was decorated in such a calming...
