Hotel was a short walk from central station and about a 10 min walk to the square. The room was spacious and had a little kitchenette. It was clean and great value for money. The street it was on as all other reviews said was occupied by ladies of the night (or morning) as they were always there, but as...

The good: New and fresh rooms, mostly friendly staff, 3 minute walk to metro station. The bad: Heating didn't work at first - a plumber was eventually sent up at about 7pm but only partially fixed it - not much fun when even the days are a max of 11! Hot water in shower - 1mm one way is freezing,...

This hotel was great for the price! The hotel was clean and simple, exactly what we needed. Room: The room had three single beds which was actually great to each have our own to sleep on. Location: Although it is in the red light district, I would not let this prevent you from staying here. The girls on the street...

The Theater Hotel is a hotel in the red light district of the Brussel city. During the day, in the area, there are many prostitutes, these are more discreet during the day than by night. The hotel is very welcoming, the hall is modern, coloured and the staff is fast and helpful. The check-in is fast, the staff infact requires...

I stayed in this hotel for business and have to say it was my worst experience of a Brussels hotel. I knew it was in the red light district but was not prepared for the sight of prostitutes plying their trade openly all along the street. This meant there were police raids during the evening. Definitely not a hotel for...

Definitely a great stay. An easy walk to lots of restaurants and not too far from the Grand Palace. Don't get discouraged if you read that its in the 'red light district' of Brussels. Although this is very true, it didn't make a difference at all. It didn't feel sketchy or unsafe and the 'ladies' were very friendly and helpful....

We had a great stay at Theater Hotel. The room was big and clean and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in the red-light district, but this wasn't really a problem as the prostitutes left us alone.

Theater Hotel Brussels This is my second time at this place. The first time it praised itself as a 4* boutique hotel. Now, it is down to a 2* hotel, and that is exactly what the hotel is. There is more than one house belonging to the hotel. I stayed at two of them (maybe there is a third), but...

we payed 53euro for a hotel room. We are living in the basement so its not really a hotelroom, you have to go down some dirty and old stairs to get to the actual "hotelroom", this "bedroom" cannot be closed with a seperate door so you are actually sleepling directly next to this old stairs, bathroom not attached, a second...
