The hotel is very conveniently located (it's in a busy street, but easy walking distance to all the main attractions), the room we had for three people was very spacious (however, the beds were quite small. This is par for the course for European hotels). This hotel is advertised in many sites as a four star hotel, and you'll be...

The hotel is located near Place Rogier, which is pretty central in Brussels. The lobby and restaurant areas are well laid out and spacy. I had a reasonably sized room with a separate writing desk and seating area. Also, the bathroom was separated by a small entry hall. This was all very nice. The only thing is that I had...

Very convenient for Brussels Noord train station and the airport. 15 minutes walk to Grand Place. This is a smoking hotel and it's evident as soon as you exit the lift on your floor. The hotel decor accurately reflects the city of Brussels; old fashioned, stale, no modernity, and in need of a complete refurbishment. It felt like staying at...

The hotel is located at Rogier Square. Metro Station is just downstairs. The most convenient way to get there from the airport is to take the train to the North Station (about 13 minutes) and next walk about 500 meters or to take taxi (less than 20 minutes and the price is about 48 EUR). For business trip the location...

The hotel is situated in the heart of Brussels, only on 10 minutes by foot from the Grand Place. It has clean and tidy rooms, nice and polite service and excellent restaurant. However, because the hotel is situated on a main street, there is a lot of noise during the day and especially in the rush hours. Also, the walls...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business trip. To start with the good things, the staff is very kind and willing to assist you and the location is actually quite good, next to the subway and very close to the train station (Brussels Nord). Apart from that, the building is kinda old and the breakfast was...

We stayed here with a large group for 4 nights during an exhibition. I can not recommend this hotel. First of all the price was much to high for what we received also if I consider that we stayed during an exhibition. In addition to that I only want to mention a view things of what happened and results in...

If you are coming for a short period of work at the European Research Council or some other business matter, this is a very convenient hotel to be at. Just 5 minutes walk from the North (Noord) railway station, and then about 15 minutes walk to the touristic city centre. The hotel is fine for sleeping, but nothing else. The...

Couple/4nghts/end October 2015. Experience of hotel work.. Staff very helpful and supportive. No variety for breakfast...small spicey sausage..frizzelled streakey bacan and a sort of scrambled egg! Why can there be no variety? Plastic cups for your juice!!!.... I like picnics....but!!! I would like to know who owns this place! The staff is doing the best it can but management is...

It certainly doesn't deserve 4 stars. Depressing hotel with very little attention to customer, both in the experience (plastic glasses at breakfast!) and in the poor facilities. Everything is old (including dusty carpets) without any effort to improve. Never again.
