I'll start with the positives, the hotel is in a brilliant location and the rooms are OKAY (being positive). The male receptionist is painfully rude, it's possible he doesn't even realise this as he's distracted by everything other than the customer he is attempting to serve. He lacks basic customer service skills, clearly not the career for him. The lift...

Stayed in the Hotel St Nicholas. The Hotel is within a 2 minute walk of the Grand Place and is really central to most things. It's within easy reach of the metro/mainline stations and is excellently located. The hotel itself is fine, it could probably do with a bit of a face-lift in the foyer/breakfast area but the room that...

Hotel very central. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel needs better ,more visible signage outside as hard to spot from street. The lifts are a bit scary and slow. I also think tea/ coffee /bar facilities would be an additional attraction.I would definitely like to visit again.

The location couldn't have been better and if you're planning to visit the Grand Place and all the restaurants, shops and bars in the area then it's perfect. The chocolate themed rooms are spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good although it's fairly busy as there is limited space in the seating area.

We booked this hotel because it has rooms that accommodate a family of four. The room was comfortable and quite large (very large in European standards). The beds were clean and very comfortable. The shower would go from comfortable to scalding in a heartbeat. We suspect it was tied to someone flushing in the building. The doors do not lock...

This hotel is very well located, you can acess all the main atractions by foot. On the other hand, it is very close to 2 metro stations, 5 minute walk from central station and easy to access from the airport. I only stay there for one night, but I liked the renovation they did to the hotel, the room was...

Excellent location, just 100 yards from Grande Place. Lots of different eating and drinking locations nearby. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Reception was manned by the manager (owner?) when we arrived and he was very helpful. No parking available, but there is an underground car park nearby. The street the hotel is on is pedestrianised, so...

Do not stay in this hotel. 1. Staff were very rude. I got a bad impression of Belgium. Staff was very rude, I was very angry. 2. Very noisy till dawn. There is night club in front of hotel. Noisy music prevent me from sleeping till 1-2AM. Do not stay in this hotel!
