I normally stay in hostels but since I was staying in Brussels over holiday weekend all decent hostels were booked out and The Moon Hotel was the cheapest hotel I could find in a good location. Single room was quite large with desk, tv and cupboards. Free wifi was excellent. Decent breakfast included. No elevator. Friendly staff. Very close to...

It's located in a great location, many Brussels' main attractions are near here, It doesn't have lift, we got nice room with nice view, not too big but okay, nice staffs, nice free breakfast and wi-fi, but didn't provide proper Brussels map or Metro map or any attractions information.

My wife, 13 year old daughter, 12 year old son, and I stayed here 4 nights during the first week of August 2011. Hotel is conveniently located. It is about 200 yards from the Brussels Central Station and less than a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place. Other tourists sites such as Parc de Bruxelles, Royal Museums of Fine...

This hotel has some pros and some cons. On one hand, it is perfectly located close to the "Grand Place", the crew is very kind and helpful. On the other hand, on some points it appears not really professionnal. I had to wait 15mn when leaving for the credit card machine that didn't work. There was no more soap in...

The hotel has a great location, just around the corner from the Central square. The room was rather small, but clean. It was possible to find small disadvantages still: broken balcony door, cigarette ends in the flowerpot on the balcony, noisy neighborhood. There is a pub/restaurant on the ground floor, so people have fun till midnight. After all we were...

I was looking for an hotel near the Central Station, and not too expensive. This one is the best match, and that explains why it is always fully booked. It was very quiet but well the room is far from being fancy and breakfast is a joke, I never experienced that, even in the chepest youth hostels. Still a free...

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Brussels, literally a minutes walk from centraal station and round the corner from the grand place! Also it's a bargain for such a central location! However, the rooms are rather small and it's very loud! The balcony doors do not shut properly so whilst having a lovely view of the square outside...

This may very well be the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. However, if you're just stopping quickly in Brussels as we did, its location could not be better. Situated right on a large square, this hotel is surrounded by bustling bars with outdoor terraces, shopping and more. In addition, it's close enough to Brussels Centraal that we were able...

Hard to imagine a better choice for a budget travel visit to Brussels. Within 200 m of the Central train station on a lively square near the Grand Plaza. Loads of bars, restaurants and shops within minutes. English speaking staff was helpful and friendly. My single room was basic but clean and quiet. Self serve continental breakfast was better than...

I stayed at The Moon with a friend Thursday and Sunday nights and it was fine - the rooms were okay, the beds were a bit too soft, the breakfast wasn't that good, but still okay. The hotel is quite close to Brussels Central train station once you know which exit to use (Grand Place is the right answer), and...
