Wow! Really can't believe all these negative reviews! Come on! I've stayed in the Grand Cloche [next door] before but on this trip it was just me and the Windsor was 20 Euros less!

3 friends and I stayed at the Hotel Windsor for 4 nights. It was a dreadful experience, comments from 2 of us sharing a twin room :
