In all the years travelling all over the world i have Never Seen such an unfriendly Service as well for the reception as for the Service in the Restaurant. The Service ignored our wishes And was only Interested to close the Restaurant in Time!

The hotel is right in the middle of Hasselt. The interior is done very well. We were there on business trip for 1 night and had a room on the top floor, that was spacious and well designed. The breakfast was easy and cool, too. Great selection in a cozy setting. Next time in Hasselt, we ll be back there.

I stayed on business at this hotel and really appreciated how well kept and friendly a place it was to come "home" to after work. It is a small hotel run by a small but extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with a wide choice of items, and excellent coffee. It is right in the heart of Hasselt, next to several restaurants and bars. I would heartily recommend this Hotel.

Was here for a couple of days, we cut our trip short to head elsewhere. As it was booked online we were unable to get a refund for the 3rd night. Place is quirky enough and staff are friendly, however, the whole place is thin, almost feels like the wobbly set of prisoner cell block H. I felt it's quirkiness didn't quite hit the mark. First room we had was fine, had a sliding door onto a "roof garden/patio" as shown in the picture, but the area had stuff like old doors out there, the chairs were old and distorted and the ashtray was full. We also got the racket every time somebody went out there. No bedside tables either and sink was in bedroom as was shower cubicle, toilet was in separate room with door. Bed was actually quite comfy. We had several issues with room keys, were they kept not working so we had to trek back down to reception, was sorted eventually. Got back to our room second day, having been out all day and there was a godawful stink in there, like the drains or something. To be fair, they did move us straight away, we got a family room down on the ground floor, which was very spacious. Breakfast was fine. Brill location in the middle of Hasselt.

Visited the hotel as birthday gift for my girlfriend. We really enjoyed the room, it surely had enough space and there was everything we need. The breakfast was clean and there was so much to choose from. Friendly service and helpful.
