You generally know exactly what to expect when you book a Holiday Inn Express. They are reliable. This one was a surprise though. While it had all the features I expect from the chain - clean, comfortable rooms with breakfast included, this hotel was actually a cut above the average Holiday Inn Express. The service was super friendly and efficient. The lobby was a bit nicer than other hotels, there are rooms with King sized beds available ( my only problem with most HIEX hotels is the tiny beds) and the breakfast had a better and higher quality selection. The location is great.- a few minutes walk from the central station and from the centre of the city, with great restaurants right around the corner. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here with large group of friends to see West Ham play at Genk. It's a nice, clean hotel as you would expect from Holiday Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that we had 9 people in our party and because I didn't make the booking i wasn't allowed my IHG points.

Staying in Holiday Inn Express is very comfortable! Service is very good, so is breakfast. The personnel at the lobby are very qualified and polite. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I wass staying there as busdriver, with a group of danish atletes. Realy often is my experience, that e as busdrivers are threatet as the lowest, but absolutly NOT at Holiday Inn Express Hasselt. An extremly nice and helpfull staff, a wonderfull room and all in all an exceptionell experience. I'm going back again, because one night in such a nice atmosphere is not enough. the second night in Belgium I stayed in another hotel, known as a very exclusivly one, but it couldn't reach a minimum of the good feelings I had on my staying at Holiday Inn Express Hasselt.

I've been for a week in this Holiday Inn Express located in Hasselt. Very good place and location delicious breakfast... only one limitation: car parking was not so close to the hotel due to roadworks in progress.

A good clean hotel. Very good location to visit the town. Nearby the station and bus stops. Break first very good, somethimes to much people. Very friendly staff. Hasselt is a city to visit, and sthis is a good starting point.

Very friendly reception staff. We also enjoyed the elaborate breakfast buffet, which exceeded our expectations in variety and quality of pastries, granola, drinks, etc. Although the rooms are not new, we had an overall very good experience in this hotel.
