A coworker recommended this hotel, I stay about 150-200 nights a year in hotels mostly Marriot brand. This place was definitely worth straying from my norm. Awesome views, awesome staff, great location for work and walking. Hakan was especially helpful and pleasant at the front desk, as I returned tired he offered me a glass of wine, when I declined, a coffee even chocolate, makes one feel very welcome. All of the staff was equally accommodating and friendly. I tortured one with my French, but they all speak French and English and of course Flemish. First hotel I've stayed in with an umbrella in the room just in case, well thought out. It was also more affordable than the other hotels around and included a great breakfast buffet with the fastest cappuccino making waiter I've ever seen in the world and they were fine the day I ate breakfast for an hour as well as the time I only had 5 minutes with no dirty looks. …

What a poor service…. When the waiters just ignore a table that potentially bring money but they prefer to clean other tables to be sure they finish earlier there job, these people have nothing to do in this business…. Does their boss look only their low wage instead of the capacity of the skill of his staff ?!? By the way, the food was average for the price, nothing exceptional…

Lovely hotel situated above their own restaurant and bar. The hotel is located south of the town and is on the edge of the pedestrianised area. It is a 2-minute walk to a square near the cathedral and a few mins more to other landmarks, bars and restaurants. We had 2 x rooms (doubles), which were plenty big enough and had very modern facilities. The breakfast was lovely giving varied continental options. We had a great time. The only issue I would say is that the lift access to the rooms is a bit confusing. It seems one side of the hotel can only access rooms on that side, so you need to remember the right lift when you return to the hotel. Overall we had a great time.

Yes we do have 2 elevators because we recently added 16 rooms extra (ROOMS DE LUX BALCONY & PENTHOUSE XXL) both roomtypes are only accessable with the other elevator, sorry for that. This place was absolutely amazing. The rooms are very modern and comfortable with a perfect bed. I stayed in Hasselt after having surgery and I am very glad I chose HasHotel. The staff was so hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. Hakan was amazing. He was very helpful, nice, and professional and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent room, very spacious, nice design, private balcony.. I loved everything. The room could have more windows (but this is an architectural problem the staff cannot fix). Breakfast buffet could have offered more choices, but it was ok overall.

I stayed for one night for business and enjoyed the place. its clean, modern and smart, staff were super friendly, polite and helpful, its reasonable value and food was very good. Not so keen on the glass panels seperating the bathroom from bedroom (fine if you are staying alone!) and i wasn't keen on the shelf above the bed which i smacked my head on twice, but apart from that its a nice, different place.

I come here sincs nearly 15 years about 5-10weeks a year for work here in Belgium. It is the best place to stay, it always feels like coming home. Very friendly service, nice and clean rooms and the food at the restaurant also simply perfect.

The HasHotel is a modern hotel with a nice interior design and a wonderful staff. The room was very modern, spacious and in a perfect condition. There's also a top restaurant on the ground floor with a very nice patio serving brasserie and gourmet dishes.
