To be avoided at all costs at New Year. Eur 130 pp if you want to enjoy a New Year drink (meaning you have to pay full whack for fixed menu dinner) . Has to be rooftop bar otherwise no other bar available. Never again. Staff obviously not interested in providing any customer service. Radisson Belgium goes into the bin.
Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast restaurant. Found some hairs in my room and bathroom of previous guests/cleaning staff: did not gave a clean feeling, also very dirty windows. Matrass was not comfortable, I could feel the contour of the previous guests who slept in the bed. I expected higher standards for a 4 star hotel.
This really was below expectations. The room wasn't dirty but the cleanliness was not the best. The room scale and set up was lovely and spacious so a big tick there. The non slip covering in the bath was only partial so when you have a shower just note that. The shower was OK and the temperature control on ours did not work properly and then you get no benefit / discount on the car park for being a guest. So a lot below expectation.
Our annual visit in Hasselt for an event in Houthalen on Benelux level sinds 2010... Three staff and two guests to enjoy the city and food and drinks it has to offer... A very nice place indeed to visit and work.
The hotel room was not so bad the bed wasn’t the worst but the downside was the unaccesable pool and the not so great staff the staff were quite rude and chaotic and we never we got water about 2 hours after we checked in. The bathroom on the other hand wasn’t that bad the bath was quite nice although the sink was scratched. The beds weren’t acually that bad and we actually slept quite well. The breakfast was actually better than we were expecting.
Due to the misunderstandings within the reception team and the wrong information given during a phone to extend my stay... I lost not only more money and membership points but as well the happiness of our stay. We had the feeling that we were given a standard room while we had booked a superior room. The promised view out of our room was not as estonishing as foreseen in the advertising.
Nice hotel with beautiful view of the city, Nice and close to everything you could do in Hasselt. We had a new room, a lot of natural light and space. The extra bed was a travel bed that was very small and not worth paying for. It was bad! A lot of noise outside the hotel, starting around 7 in the morning. Also working on the sky loung started very early and Wher noticed in the hotel. The swimming pool was not clean an very old.
Stayed in Hasselt 4 days because our son participated I’m the football tournament Hasselt Cup. Very Nice hotel next to the centre of Hasselt. Room size is fine and with coffee making facilities. We had a room with a great view towards the cathedral. Front desk personel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very fine. You ought to fine what you are looking for. Parking is available but you have to pay Per day. Wifi connection worked flawlessly and fast. Never queue at the elevators. All in all a great stat and we won’t hesitate to choose this hotel again should we return to Hasselt some day. We recommend the hotel Regards Camilla & Kim
Stayed here on business and was great. The hotel is great, has everything you need. The room is functional and spacious and I got one on the 11th floor, so the views were great! The location of the hotel is right in the centre. The leisure and fitness centre was amazing, they have a deal with a big gym, so you get full access to it. The breakfast was also nice (with an orange juice maker, which is always a plus) and a little menu which you could choose from.
Hotel has had better days and is worn down Our check in was by a person that did not speak the local language which is our language as well. What would happen if we did not speak English? Room was very hard to darken because the curtains were too short
