Stayed 3 nights, good location over a quirky cafe, central to everything, nice room with a balcony, clean enough though suffering abit from wear and tear..a little unloved. Nice comfy bed and quaint furniture. Bathroom was fine. Tea and coffee making facilities included. Lots of restaurants and shopping and sights nearby. Cafe served ample breakfast and had a good vibe in the evening. Staff...

If you are looking for a hotel with hall, reception, lift, digital keys and frigo bar, TV and telephone, you are in the wrong place. But if you want an informal warm, restful, friendly place with confortable rooms, wooden traditional floors and stairs, old reused doors (don't close properly, but who cares?), a fantastic wifi and a beautiful restaurant/bar at...

I generally loved the place: very central, easy to find, the room was huge and with character, very high ceilings, comfortable bed, good wi fi signal, tea pot and free tea/coffee in the room, nice balcony with city view. Good breakfast in a cafe downstairs. Please, note that there is no staff per se (the guys / girls working in...

Clean condition, well decorated, large shower, no complaints at all. Breakfast served until late, food very nice. First time visit to Ghent, lovely architecture and many places to walk. Some...

Loved the funky vibe. I recently stayed at The Jane in NYC and for some reason this reminded me of that. Yes the stairs can be rough but I'm near 60 and handled fine. Ahh the food which is Surinam influenced was wonderful and reasonably priced. The restaurant cafe is very bustling. Hotel is wonderfully located at the edge of...

This is a really nice and cosy place to stay close to the center of Ghent. It's above a nice trendy cafe that does a lot of work to support local charities in Congo and also serves damn good coffee :) We slept really well, I'm not sure if it was the comfort of the room or spending the full...

The staff talk too much more than should. The hotel is very old and not good located. The room is big, but the bathroom is outside. The breakfast is not bad, but the croissant is fineshed and not was replaced. On the end the staff charges a extra tax.

Came here as a stop over on the way to Bruges. Didn't get the warmest of welcomes and slightly felt like a nuisance but the room was good and the location was great. Breakfast was nice. When paying was told we had to pay an additional €3 each even tho the email showed it was already in the total price
