This was a very weird experience. To begin with it was unclear where to check in. Second, we booked at this hotel, but were put in a hotel across the street: hotel Industrie. Third, the hotelroom in Industrie was extremely noisy: you could hear other guests going to the bathroom, you could follow an entire convesation when people were whispering...

Nice quiet hotel. Design and layout were very nice and the room and bed spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold foods in a pleasantly designed dining room. Good quality for the money. Didn't see much of the staff as there is no reception per se, you check in and out in the restaurant, but...

Right across the Leuven Central Station and right across a huge underground care parking centre. The rooms are spacious and clean. They updated the room I was in (room 2) and it has a nice modern feel to it. A short walk will take you right into the center of Leuven. If you don't mind steep stairs and checking in...

Good: Very good breakfast. Lots of choice. Really comfortable bed! Large room. Clean. Recently refurbished. Some staff very helpful. Indifferent: Stated in annexe alternative hotel nearby. Not bothered by street noise. One or two staff indifferent. Not good: On third floor - lots of stairs. No hot or even warm water. Who for? Good for travellers not bothered by stairs...

I booked this hotel 3 months before my check-in date on booking.com. I arrived around 8:30 pm to find the hotel door locked, a note saying to check at the hotel next door. They had left me a key at yet another hotel, the lowest ranked in Leuven with no explanation. I managed to talk to booking.com who contacted the...

I booked this hotel at the last minute (embarrassingly, I'd made a mistake about a booking at another venue in Leuven). It was recommended to me by someone attending the same academic conference in Leuven. Despite my late booking I got a "single" room for €49. In fact it had two single beds, and was very roomy for one person....

We had a late check in, all coordinated, with the manager, so the key would be waiting next door. We arrived. 0h15 and there was no key with the neighbours, finally a 2 am, we were able to get in to our rooms, after ringing the bell for more than 1 hour. The neighbours told us that it is very...

We were aware that our hotel was also a restaurant and was in a square near the train station. However, once out of the train station, we were confused. So we cross over the street and looked for the Hotel Mille Colonnes. We found it easily and we entered with our luggage into the restaurant to get our keys. To...
