I thought I had booked a room in Livia's Guest house but had in fact made a booking for the stunning Bridge House, which was located 50 meters away from Livia's guest house. Bridge House is one of the 2nd oldest houses in Bruges dating back to the 14th Century. Livia invited us into her home and gave us all...

Positives - Livia, she's friendly, fun and explains anything you want to know about Bruges. Location is about 300m from the centre. Breakfast is continental style and excellent. We stayed in the "Room with a View" which is up 4 sets of stairs (64 steps from the street); and although the view is excellent, carrying a heavy suitcase up/down there...

After being terribly let down by our travel agent and finding ourselves without a bed, we were lucky enough to stumble upon Livia's B&B, a stone's throw from Brugge's main square in the historic centre. The house is beautifully decorated with some interesting pieces dotted about, the rooms clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were great - with...

Our family of 4 stay at this well maintained and loved property in the heart of Brugge. Walking distance to everything and with personalized recommendations of things to visit by Livia herself. The daily homemade breakfast was heavenly....thank you for everything Livia. We will be back!!

We stayed at Livia's for 2 nights, myself, my husband & our 2 teenage boys. We had the 'Room with a view', which was lovely. The small kitchen area with fridge was very useful. Livia is a lovely host, she wasn't there when we arrived, but we were able to let ourselves in & everything was ready for us. The...

We have stayed at Livia's B&B twice now, once in December 2010 and more recently in December 2012 when everything was just as perfect as the first time we visited. The first time we stayed in the blue room which was perfect for us, however this time we were in 'the room with a view' which was on the top...

We stayed with Livia for just one night as part of a mini cruise from Hull, what a beautiful home this lady has, the rooms/suite were spotlessly clean, we were able to check in very early as we arrived in Brugge at around 10am, this was a great help to drop of the bags and start to explore the city,...

We've stayed at Livia's for 4 nights and had a great time. The location is excellent - just a few hundred meters from the Markt. We've stayed in the blue suite, which includes the bedroom and an additional living room with the fully equipped kitchenette - very convenient when travelling with babies. Livia gave us great recommendations on attractions and...

We loved staying at Livia's for a weekend over the festive season in December 2010. The room was immaculately clean with a gorgeous little bathroom and bath. Livia's restaurant recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed a wonderfully chilled out weekend. Breakfast is made to order and in the lovely basement kitchen. Thanks for having us - have recommended you...

Livia is an amazing host. The accommodation is beautifully detailed and very comfortable. Our family of four (two kids ages 4 & 6) were warmly welcomed into Livia’s home. . We arrived just before Easter and what a fantastic time to be in Bruges – overload of chocolates… On our arrival, our children were offered chocolates – it was very...
