Bad service by the managers. Hot water and heaters had to be reset each bay once we found there was no hot water........then wait. Almost half of the lights don't work. Night Club downstairs that closes at 7am!!Poor experience from people that don't give a...More
5* look but 3* delivery many lights not working hot water went off just when you need it regularly resetting.
But by far the worst is the bar below is ridiculous all weekend all night long doesn't close until you want to get up!
