Stayed for 2 nights in May- while the hotel is centrally located, I was expecting it a good experience given other NH Hotels I've stayed at. While the rooms were quiet & big in size, they seem dated and could use some renovations. My parent's room smelled horrible (room on the 2nd Floor), I think that maybe the room had...

Nice location, handy for station and centre. Short 10 minute walk to station (through park) or bus stops outside. Large room (standard), large comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities in room, minibar in room, great breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold food and drinks. Friendly staff.

NH Brugge was an ideal location for our 3 day break in Brugge. It was easy to find (we drove!), in a quiet spot only a short walk/meander from the market square. The staff were most polite and helpful and the room was large and comfortable. There were several restaurants nearby and lots of places to sit and watch the...

A friendly 'holiday' town.....cobbled streets....canals(Brugge once had a port that traded with the world!). We stayed in a wonderful B and B called. : the Camelias. Beenhouwersstraat30-8000 Brugge. Tel 0032477525346. Run by a delightful gentleman called "Bo" who ensures he welcomes and sees off every guest personally.....provides clean premises(towels changed everyday). A hearty breakfast of both English and continental variety...

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, huge beds in comfortable rooms. A nice 10 minute walk to the Markt. One small problem, a bit of an odour on our floor in the hallway, it did not penetrate the room. However the same smell was evident in various places around the city, the problem associated with the proximity to see level I guess!...

We had only 1 night in Brugge and so we wanted to do as much as we could. When we arrived we asked about a few things we were keen to see and do - and the person who was assisting us gave us 3 pieces of information - all were wrong. So as a result we missed all of...

Service is really excellent. Staff was more than friendly: every advice was functional, and made our stay in this beatiful town better. In advance of our stay, we asked specifically for a quiet room: a note had been made about it, and we got a very nic, quiet room, more than we had expected.

Location of hotel was perfect, easily walkable from central train station (or one stop on any bus heading into/out of town.) Room was large and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little in need of some deep cleaning, but it was certainly ok. We did get shorted some toiletries/coffee pods the first day but that was rectified at...

Easy booking site and no problems with payment etc. Smooth arrival at hotel and easy to find. Good local parking and receptionist was very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights so were well settled and sorry to leave. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and plenty pillows. Nothing was a problem. Probably the most friendliest staff I have...
