This hotel is very central, adjacent to the Belfry Tower. The service was good without being outstanding, the rooms were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was of a good standard. Windows can be opened in the rooms and we found this necessary for comfort during the night, for even with the heating turned off, the room was very hot. The...

Hotel room was in the newest part. It was a normal size room with a normal toilet. Nevertheless, air conditioner could not be raised from 23 degrees taking in account we had on us a huge window roof. Althoug It is true we did not phone reception, It will be great they will solve the problem or at least give...

Reception was inviting with open fires, rooms are modest in size, clean with small but very functional bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Each floor has a number of steps to navigate so a little difficult for the disabled or if carrying heavy cases. All that having been said the location is fantastic just off the main...

Stayed here for 4 nights August 2016 - it was a lovely stay. The hotel is located right behind the Belfry so every evening I had a musical treat by the Bells of the Belfry. Breakfast was wonderful ; my room was small but extremely clean - I was in the older part but it was completely renovated and up...

Though this hotel is in a great location to explore the city the rooms were of a poor standard. The attached picture shows just one corner of the room where the cobwebs were huge, the carpets were grubby, the bathroom grotty the shower overflowed into the bedroom and the entire bathroom was pokey and worn. The public areas seemed to...

We stayed here in November on our way to the Köln Christmas Markets. The location was perfect and easy to find - it is very close to the main square and everything is in easy reach. We were greeted warmly and found the staff to be pleasant and courteous at all times. They showed us on the map some places...

Got to the Hotel, entered our room (724) and had possibly the best view of Bruges. From the bed you can see the Bell Tower and cobbled street littered with horses and a bustling street. The room was perfect, comfy bed, clean, modern, great shower. We opted not to choose the breakfast however because it seemed too expensive for what...

Elderly, disabled couple. Accessible room spacious. Air conditioning noisy and cupboarding more or less non-existent. Good value of its type and wide corridors and gentle ramps on ground floor made moving around the place easy. Very clean.

Martin's Bruges was a very comfortable hotel and the best was that it was close(5 minute walk) to the main square with the Xmas markets and another few minutes walk to Burg Square. The front desk staff were very helpful and we appreciated their assistance as Bruges was our first stop on this trip to Europe and were experiencing a...

I booked the place mainly for the location. The hotel is very well maintained with all the modern amenities. The hotel has free Wi-Fi with a 2 device per account policy and the internet is pretty fast. The breakfast is 12 Euros if you book it the night before or 17 Euros in the morning. The staff is friendly and...
