A great thank you to all the staff of Azalea Hotel! Great location and fantastic staff, who are so helpful. The breakfast was good quality with friendly attentive waiter. We asked to be moved, as the school next door were having renovation (noisy work) undertaken. We were moved to a better room, no problem. Being English we are very fond...

There are previous comments about the decor. Yes perhaps it needs a little bit of a 'touch up' here and there but the decor is really in keeping with the style of building. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff and our bedroom was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast of a continental style with some additions. It has a car...

Lovely location and friendly staff make up for the tiredness of the rooms. Don't mind quirky but I do mind dusty....my husband suffered asthma after a night there and it wasn't caused by the pollution of Bruges (non-existent) - we live in London! Nice little bar and continental breakfast was great.

Looks fine form the outside and location very good - close everything we wanted to visit but far enough from the bustling centre to be quiet and peaceful at night. Staff were charming, helpful and service could not have been better. Buffet breakfast was very good - lots of choice and excellent coffee. Unfortunately the interior decoration has not been...

Great location for all attractions & restaurants. Friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast was included and it provided a wide variety of foods to satisfy most people. The shower did leak a little & they were going to replace it. I would stay here again.

This hotel has character by the bucket load with its staircase rising over the hall and its heavy huge room key to start. The night porter was a real character full of stories of the area and his life. Beer was a reasonable price given Hotel pricing and a good variety was available the night porter was keen to help...

Hotel in need of some serious refurb. We stayed in Room 1, with view of the Canal which was nice. The furniture is old and grubby with tacky decoration from the late 80ies (wire tree with beads). The TV, a big dust catching CRT was in working order. Not sure what was worse, the pungent smell of toilet freshener or...

Difficult place to navigate to, one way system is dreadful but once found it's a very nice hotel. Perhaps it's a little dated but the friendliness of the staff makes up for any minor fault. Nice times in the bar on an evening and the beer was good and reasonably priced. Even the very strong beer didn't give my friend...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend exploring Bruges. I emailed ahead to request parking and we were given a private lockable garage behind the hotel which was fantastic & well worth the 15€ a night cost! On arrival 'Guy' met us and gave us a map of the city indicating the location of the best attractions and...

We found this hotel by chance when we arrived in Bruges by camper van and decided we'd like to stay in the centre for a night. Looking at the building, the foyer and breakfast dining room we almost didn't go any further because it looked too expensive for our needs. However, having spoken to the extremely pleasant staff, and later...
