It is in a square where you have to park and walk to, but it is all worth it when you are settled in your room. There is underground parking a block away, that is busy but people are leaving all the time so you will get in eventually. This hotel is central to Brugge tourist sights and full of...

This is a review of the restaurant only as we were on a day trip to beautiful, historic Bruges from Brussels (easy by train) on a cool wet late Spring day. We were looking for somewhere for lunch, but most eateries seemed to offer the same fare for high prices, and we didn't fancy sitting outdoors, even under a canopy....

The settings is upmarket interior of XVIII century, view from the huge windows is fairytale, food is just OK but they do care much on freshness and quality and offer nice seasonal dishes made of locally grown supplies

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Reasonable price for a central location and gorgeous view from breakfast. We didn't even know when we booked, but it's right there in the most photographed view of Bruges. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

There were 7 people in our party taking 4 rooms on the top floor. The rooms were nicely decorated, extremely comfortable & tidy. The hotel was stunning & the view was beautiful, especially from the dining room. It was a 2 minute walk from the main town square so that meant it was busy enough to be interesting but also...

Paid for a Deluxe Twin, but ended up with a Double. Not sure why - we wanted a Double anyway. Were hoping for a room with a view of the canal, but were on the second floor, facing the front of the hotel (with a small view of the canal). Check-in was a breeze. Slightly strange smell in the room...

I think the hotel is overrated. The location is superb, right along the canal, and the views from the restaurant were lovely, but the rooms were shabby, the wifi terrible, and the parking was far away and more expensive than listed. Also, there were no coffee or tea services in the rooms.

This hotel could not have been better!! The room we had was on the 2nd floor with a view of the canal. The room was a decent size, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again, if I were to return to Bruges.

Lovely rooms, great service and great restaurant. The view from the breakfast room (overlooking the canal) is one of the most beautiful things I have even seen. Prices are very reasonable given the location and views. Seriously, if you are going to Bruges, book this hotel.

The dining room of this hotel sits over where two canals converge and the views are beautiful. The service was excellent and the waiter spoke very good English (a brief discussion of Brexit and Theresa May triggering article 50). And he moved us to a perfect table overlooking the canal. Wonderful rack of lamb (me) and steak ( OH) and...
