We spent a lovely evening here to celebrate a friends' big birthday. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding and together with some good local tips and information, this completed a fabulous evening. Definitely one to remember! Would definitely recommend dinner here.

We walked into the restaurant without a reservation and were promptly seated in the most picturesque spot of our entire visit. We'd seen the restaurant from across the canal and ventured over thinking it would be booked or overly expensive. It was neither. The interior of the space is impeccable and a visual delight. The service was wonderful. We sat...

Visited Aug 2016. This has got to be one of the most beautiful, quaint hotels ive ever stayed at. Steeped in history, with original tapestries hung on walls. And the food is 110%. Even the beds coccoon you.

We visited the hotel for lunch. The staff were very friendly. We had an excellent table in the restaurant overlooking the canal. The menu was in both french and english. The waiter was very helpful and the food arrived promptly. The steak and Risotto were both excellent. The duc de Bourgogne is not the cheapest (about £80 for 3 courses...

We booked a stay for a family birthday and took four rooms for two nights with canal views, we paid €125 a night so it would be fair to say not a budget price. The location as mentioned in the title is fantastic right in the heart of the city, the breakfast room ( separate from the restaurant) is lovely,...

It's central location in the heart of Bruges is it's best point. It is surrounded by good restaurants. It has a canal view. It's own restaurant is facing the canal. We had a canal view room, sunrise view, mid-day view, sunset view were all so beautiful. That alone made us love this hotel. The room was large enough to move...

perfect spot to stay and wander around Bruges... the staff was perfect, the breakfast outstanding, location hard to beat! We walked to all of the city attractions, turned the corner to grab a canal boat tour. Everything was within a five minute walk - we loved it!

The situation of this restaurant is excellent on the corner of two canals. Choose a window table. Delicious menu and a reasonable wine list. We really enjoyed the ambiance and would recommend this restaurant
